We had a great December meeting in McLean and did a lot of interesting constellaton work on the organizational challenges 3 participants were facing. New insightes emerged around working with an performance challenge as a manager and as usual there were things impacting the issue that resided below the threshold of the conscious awareness. Once they were revealed then they could be addressed.  Our February meeting should be exciting and well attended so I look forward to seeing you there. As usual we'll have some new start up activities about OC, but will get the most out of "real time" work place challenges people bring to the meeting.
